Returns and Refunds

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send instructions. Please do not ship items back before contacting us.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items

Used items, final-sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Because some items ship from overseas, please allow extra time for returns to arrive.
