Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery times

Many of our products ship from overseas warehouses, so estimated delivery is 7 to 20 business days after processing. Times can vary with carrier delays, customs, and holidays.

Tracking

Track your order any time using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking has not updated for a while, please allow a few extra days, as international scans can be slow.

Customs and duties

Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply on delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
